The Gian Paolo Barbieri Foundation meets the Masters in Fashion Styling & Photography at the Istituto Marangoni in Milan.

Twenty-two Master’s students in Fashion Styling, Photography and Film, accompanied by Professor Pellegatta, visited the Gian Paolo Barbieri Foundation meeting the photographer Gian Paolo Barbieri, ready to welcome them to his Foundation.
A fantastic journey through the history of fashion, from the early sixties to the present day, with exclusive access to his workshop to discover his most iconic works.
After a presentation of the Artist through an introductory video, he follows the visit of the photographic set – enriching their knowledge of digital photography with the analogical one – of the personal studio and the photographer’s archive, with a selection of editorial projects related to the studies undertaken by young students.
Thanks to the solid base in the field of styling, the students continued with the exploration of the multiple creative processes, from the ideation phase of the image to the final publication, being able to observe the original sketches, inspirations and research of Barbieri.
